This one's already in as kokitsukitsu, which is definitely wrong. This is not a Japanese name. Even though I'm not absolutely confident that xiao_chichi is right, it at least could be, so it's better than what's there presently.

"st31472591" seems like a pretty crappy artist tag if there's a better name presented, but they don't seem have any other places (like Pixiv) listed in their Twitter bio as far as Google Translate knows.
