Her solo pen-name is らぐふぁ. (Ragufa : danbooru's official romanization / Ragfur : the spelling used by the artist herself)
I'd rather use suzuki_hinomi (鈴木ひのみ). It's the joint pseudonym of Ragfur and her circle partner, Hiyuru. Apparently Hiyuru does not have his own website.
