Two things:
(1) I kind of felt bad translating this, because the notes really detract from the symmetry and prettiness... so yeah, remember to have a look without the notes (click the image).
(2) Is Youmu's character even a character that exists? I couldn't find any info about it. I also went to this image's page on Pixiv, and a commenter (一教) hinted at the character seeming unusual.

I consulted with a few other people, and none of us could come up with what it meant either. Gave a link to the other pic where the artist used that kanji, in case someone else decides to give it a go.
