That's a copy from the Japanese tag モブ河童, should be mob_kappa instead?
I think that "mob" in this case means "minor character" instead of the "large group of people" kind of mob.

Ideally, mob shouldn't be in the name WE use at all since it will just be confused with the English word "mob". We can just use kappa_(touhou) or something like that... or nothing.

How many have we actually seen? Four? There can be a character tag for each individual one like it's done with original characters such as weno's_blonde_original_character. If we're going to see the same 4 characters over and over again in fanart, tagging the individual ones is the better option. (Obviously could not be done with the Eientei rabbits (tagged inaba) since they are all drawn the same)
