Well, that didn't really add any context. I guess they're just jealous.

It's based on Touhou 11. Reimu's character description is 'A miko who is liked a lot by youkai. Even if Reimu herself doesn't like the situation so much, the youkai are norinori [something like, eagerly ready to go along with anything]'.

Suwako is changing it so that it says 'A legend who is loved by the gods. She and the gods are all norinori'. Of course, the norinori here indicates that Sanae is desperately hoping to be playable.

That aside, the art reminds me oddly of the artist of Doujin Work.
