I think the problem with this joke (if it's not used ironically) is that in the original version it refers to the viewer expecting porn, when changed to "cute girl" it really does not work with the images often accompanying it.

Close but it's actually referring to how her knees makes it look like she have breasts. For example, Sakuya.
