It is...the big toe is facing outward, and her legs aren't crossed, you can see the right leg's knee. And there's no gap on that leg. The left(our left) thigh is fully connected to the left(our left) leg. That's a right foot, though

Schrobby, look at the left(our left) thigh. It is 100% connected to the left leg(again, out left). Whether the artist tagged it or not doesn't matter, this is clearly the wrong foot. That gap is not inside the dress. The blue that you see by the thigh is just part of the dress.
Artist here. The foot is definitely the wrong way around. The artist was attempting a difficult pose, so I can see how such a mistake would have cropped up.
Even though the left leg goes into a gap, for the left-foot-on-right-leg thing to be viable, there would have to be a gap on her right leg, at the knee.
