I'm not 100% sure about the translation - I would assume that ホーム is referring to a train platform, but it also might be an FFXI-ism for something entirely different. That said, I don't remember school uniforms being in FFXI, so it seems a /reasonably/ safe guess... and the reflection fits for being a train window.

Platform sounds good to me. While there is a 'Home Point' concept in FFXI it doesn't seem to apply here.

In the game, your home point is the location you will reappear at if you die and do not get resurrected by a fellow player. Unlike other 'graveyard' systems, in FFXI you select your home point manually by selecting a large floating crystal in a nearby town, outpost, or dungeon.
