Her torso is a little over 2 times the height of her head, and her arms only hang down to just past her hip. They're noodly skinny, but I don't think you get the kind of ratios you're expecting on real people unless they're infants.

I'll avoid any inference as to why your expectations of where to grope a woman might line up right there. :-)
