If I talk stuffs with a scientific approach, I automatically have the right to talk about anything, even the embarrassing and inappropriate topics!
I'm pretty sure people start to label Koa as succubus so they can make a hentai out of her, or y'know, a reason so they can portray her perverted and horny as hell. Then throw in Patchouli for yuri goodness. Then throw in magic so they can have a magical p- ... okay, I'm not going there.
Still, there's not much info on Koa and there's no indication if Koa is a succubus. And even then, succubus does not ingest semen as source of energy, succubus absorb some kinda 'life force' from the men they had intercourse with.
