This tagged みこふと so it's apparently about Futo's feelings for Miko. But I honestly didn't understand that at first, perhaps because given the context of the their backstories, this strip doesn't make that much sense.
Futo was the one who was to be revived along with Miko, after all. But then again, a lot of the information in the Ten Desires backstory is very vague, so a lot of the details are left to interpretation.
I also can't make any sense of the third panel on the black background. Is that a baby they are holding in-between them?
The MikoFuto tag was added by another person (since it does not have the * mark) but seeing as this artist likes drawing MikoFuto a lot, it is highly probable that Futo in here is suffering over the Crown prince.
However, I think I got the general idea but some things are rather confusing. I assumed that the person dying in panel 8 is Mononobe no Moriya, but I will never know.
Also, in the 10th panel, that does look like a baby, but in any case, what does it have to do with Futo here? It is doubtful if it is Futo´s child or Tojiko´s. Maybe it is the Crown prince´s son?
But who cares, I love the drama as much as anyone else. Although I do prefer MikoToji over MikoFuto, this artist draws good stuff.

I see. Can artists remove tags added by others, or do they have to accept tags before they show or anything like that? In any case, the tag is there and yes, I did know this artist has done this pairing before which it also why I also reached that conclusion...

Anyway yeah, I still find this pretty confusing, that makes it hard to enjoy it for what it is, even though I too enjoy drama (and the TD backstory makes for great DRAMA, which might be why I love it so much, never mind how vague it is).
Also unrelated but I like ふとじこ the best, though I also like みことじ just fine. みこふと has the most Pixiv-tags, but I don't seem to see that one as much on Danbooru.
I actually cried. Poor Futo ( but she still so cute )... AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH .Anyways, I still prefer FutoMiko over MikoToji.There's nothing better than MikoxFuto. FutoMiko is my desire ~
