How do you know there's no intimacy? Also, using a phallic object doesn't automatically mean that you're not a lesbian or that the picture is not yuri. I think his point is that the picture doesn't depict them as enjoying it in any way: there's no touching, as he mentioned; no sense of intimacy; nothing that- by the given definition of yuri- would lead you to think this is "girls loving other girls." Assuming they're two straight girls being forced into the above situation, does it qualify as yuri? In this case, that seems a more likely answer than that they're willingly taking part.
