Considering that they went through a bunch of other images and did the same a while back (As well as tagging some as "nigger"), I'd say they're a vandal.

Clearly a "Tiger" brown or a very sunbathed southern Japanese.

Either way, dark skin is kinda nice, until they bleach their hair blond...
