Aren't they though? The lower parts anyway, since those do look to be stumps. (Yeah, I know she's a thalidomide child)

I don't think there's any canon knowledge regarding whether Rin's arms were like that at birth, or were deformed in some other way and required amputation post-delivery, both of which are possibilities for thalidomide babies.

But yeah, either way, 'tag what you see' is appropriate here, so amputee stays.

It's the latter, iirc, I think the site mentions it.

Rin suffers from a birth defect, which stunted her arms.

It's not a van Gogh, it was painted by one of the developers.
