Edit: Just noticed the ofuda, it says SeiYoshi. Even the ofuda is shipping these two XD

Actually, not to be a smartass, but the nails, hair, and toenails all keep growing after we die. the folicles and flesh however, do not, so you could easily(if the corpse in question is well on the decomposition road) pull them out/off. And, obviously,the stuff will stop growing as soon as the skin completely decomposes, as then the hair and nails will have nothing to grow out of.
