Yes, it does. It clearly says "girls" in your screenshot, not "girs" as in the flash on danbooru.

Oh. Oh, so that was the mistake! I didn't notice the typo at all. When surasshu said "it says "girls" as it should", I thought he meant it said just "girls" instead of "boys and girls". Since almost all touhou characters are girls, you know.
