how's that even possible?

I think it stands for 15 minutes past midnight. I believe that in Japan they have some channels that list things showing after midnight as 25 and 26hr etc. Not sure of the cut-off before they go back to morning times.
It's along the lines of "It's not tomorrow until I've slept"
