This setting has been confirmed in her previous post #948633. As you can see, he's even thought to be schizo for seeing Madoka--so I said in a previous post that "being Tatkun is suffering."

What I want to know is why they're genderswap? And what was the point of doing that?

He has some addiction for drawing male version of the girls.

I love Kurono Yuu's works! I thought she might do something with Tatsuya sooner or later since she has a few sketches of him. Will he become... a second god? Ehhh? To change the world again...?
