I remember seeing the "previous instalment" of this comic when Sayaka raised the term "impotence"--was it unapproved? (This is pixiv #21274894.)

EDIT: If Kamijou is impotent, then his injury was even more serious than we already have seen; I would say he had some (arguably minor) spinal cord injury.
