It's not working for me either, along with certain other Flashes. I'm pretty sure it's only affected ones with video so far. What Flash version are you guys using? 11.0.1.129 here, maybe it's something that broke..
post #474090 has the same problem and that definitely used to work in other browsers. I sure hope that's not the problem, because that would be really stupid.
Managed to see it on niconico with Chrome. Couldn't really tell what happened in the epilogue except Marisa introducing her daughter... and the text "Today, My Lucky Day, very happy end"

This pool just kind of reminds me of a really bad fanfiction of metroid where samus and the boss monsters were all in a high school setting with all the teenage drama that goes with that kind of story.
