I'm guessing he's not worried about marriage as much as 1: the fact he could probably get fired for sleeping with one of his students and 2: what his other students are going to do when they find out.

Well we know one is going to threaten to sue unless he sleeps with her as well probably and one is going to properly leave a path of destruction the likes of which we have never seen before, another will say it never happened because people only sleep with each other in movies.
