He doesn't float, he stands on your sword... but then again, you already knew that, didn't you?

This is why you don't use Z/L targeting. He parries vertical slashes and counters jabs. The easiest way to beat him? Slash. Turn around. Slash. Turn around. Slash. No really. He refuses to defend against horizontal slashes - it's so disappointing...

He doesn't have any defense against the Megaton Hammer either, with or without z-targeting I think.

Don't forget the Biggoron Sword.

Oh, I forgot-he can and does float if you use the broken biggoron's sword. Which I think furfurret may have done.

this was my tactic. just bring a few magic potions and din's fire him into oblivion >:)

Megaton Hammer/Spin Attack abuse scored me a victory.

I would love a Dark Link fight where he doesn't just copy your swordplay, but also uses dark copies of Link's various items (i.e. Dark Hookshot, Dark Bombs, Dark Bow, etc). Make it truly feel like you're fighting a doppelganger of yourself.
