Depends on whether you're in the core universe or in the unrelated spinoffs, like Persona. I personally don't think of Persona when I think of Jack Frost since my first game was SMT1, and that's the game in which I first met Jack Frost.

At this point, Jack Frost is more like an icon of the SMT series, just like Pixie.
