Laura and Cecilia at least have the excuse of being tsundere because of social awkwardness and/or trying to maintain an image of nobility. Maya has appearances going for her. Char = VICTORY. But Houki's just a rancid cunt, and Lin is a useless character whose whole existence can be summed up by "the OTHER childhood friend".

Laura doesn't strike me as tsundere, just socially awkard moe.
Cecilia is a more normal ouja-sama type tsundere.
Char=Love
Hokui is a Naru-style tsundere.
