As I mentioned a while back, there is a picture on Hitoshi's Twitpic that might be him (eyes are censored) and it showed him to be a pretty big guy. No, there were no photos of any women on it, so what Sanae-wife looks like (or if she's as stacked for real) is still unknown.

Regarding the comic, yes, all of Sanae-wife's fat just go straight to her breasts.

I love the third panel's expressions, especially Kogasatoshi's total indifference while continuing to stuff Pocky in her/his face when contrasted to Sanaewife's "you're a fucking whale" face.

Anyway, yeah, I'm betting dpsiko is right, and even if stand-in Kogasa is tiny and cute, the real-live people they are standing in for are not, leading to the seeming disconnect between what the characters look like in the comic, and the talk of constant diets they actually are going through in real life.

I'm not really sure if that's a "you're a fucking whale" face or a "how are you not a fucking whale?" face.

Weighing yourself after bathing isn't a good idea, because any residual water on or absorbed by your skin will weigh you down. Plus that towel will be quite wet too.
