Hathor's the one with the horns, Uraeus, and sun disk on her headgear. Nut's the one wearing little more than the night sky and some jewelry, by comparison.
Once upon a time, Ra noticed some humans were plotting against him, so he thought it was a Good Idea to sic Hathor on them as Sekhmet; this turned out to not be quite so hot an idea once it turned out that Sekhmet could not quit the whole 'killing dudes' thing, and so Ra decided it was another Good Idea to pour a bunch of blood-colored booze out and hope Sekhmet would slake her thirst for blood with it and get drunk.
Fortunately for Ra (and humanity), Sekhmet fell for it and ended up drinking herself into being Hathor again -- which gives you a good idea as to why here there's so much red wine and Hathor's apparently drunk off her tits; Nut, on the other hand, apparently is known to refresh folks who died and were brought up into her starry night sky with food and wine, so it seems that Hathor here is taking a sample. A big sample.
