Explanation: During Ataraxia, Bazzet goes to eat at a horribly bad restaurant close to her house that serves a tastless mass she claims is food, while refering to the action as "aquiring nutrition". She then goes on and on about how great and efficient the place is, down to the nutrition values and the short time it took to prepare and ingest the "nutrients". All the while him going "What the HELL is wrong with you woman?!"
I suppose in this picture, she's shocked at his leisurely way of picking his food.
