    This scenario's kinda like a double edged sword if you think about it: now we got a straight Homura pairing thanks to this, and yet at the same time after you-know-what-happens him becoming a god and all it hurts us and Homura even more.

    I take that back, this is more of a triple edged sword because it also makes him a Man Among Men for his act of sacrificial bravery.
