I'm no expert, but I think there's a pretty big deference between tails and internal organs.

The pain would be roughly similar (as someone who's had internal pains in that region, I have some understanding, albeit limited).

Case and point: Rabbits do not like being grabbed by the tail (or ears, for that matter).

And even with real rabbits, the reason it hurt them if you squeeze their tails, is because they are really sensible there, so, in theory, a really soft caring may be pleasurable. maybe that is what she did to reisen
