Feeding the commentary through BabelFish, I think the point is that this was some time after Reiseitai. In BabelFish's beyond-stilted way of putting it, "It passes the pleasant one time at instant and goes away. So, just like dream." In other words, back to typical cadence of life. Except that Kogasa took quite a bit longer to get off the cosplay slide than Sanae did...and got a brief period of Sanaexile for that overreach.

I think "in bed" crossed a line.

I think Sanae cosplaying as Youmu has messed with Kogasa's head pretty bad, also Kogasa should ask Sanae to cosplay as Reisen not Hikaru!

The same feeling if my gf told me to cosplay Sasuke then screamed "SASUKE-KUUUUUN" in bed.
I'd do more than just knock her out and put her in a storehouse...

Humbug on you, Rabi-en-Rose is a much better bunny girl than Reisen.

Man, that third panel looks off.
Can't unsee the purple gradient hair and tiny Sanae wig on her ear.
It's like he tried to squeeze a flashback and reaction in the same panel and failed.
Still, that look of lust is priceless.
