that doesnt make sense....at all

did her boobs get biger when she shrunk?

. . . doesn't look like it... but yeah, it's creepy how she's shorter here O.o If they were reversed, I could see it happening.

It's not so much that's she's shorter it's the differnce in the angle if her head from one pose to the other.

One is upward the downward as you can plainly see.

But their could be a slight height variant, it's easy to do when drawing two characters of equal height and proportion.
