Reminds me of Alstroemeria Records/ALiCE'S EMOTiON cover art. I'm not sure but I have a weird feeling that I have seen Reimu in this suit somewhere already, and that it was an album's front cover.

It's Reimu's men's suit with shoulder/armpit cut-outs that made almost spit-take.

That and the fact that I got here via Suwako's tag...

cirno is undine from azazel-san.
