Yes. It's not really his fault, though. It's mostly that he happens to be surrounded by badasses like the protagonist, Naoto and Kanji. It's hard to compete with them.

My party was Yousuke, Chie, Rise and Me most of the time.

I'm saddened that they took the personal weapons out of P4A. Yosuke just punches the card now.
