Im not sure if this is marisa. the green eyebrows seem odd in that regard.

I think any cosplayer can tell you that this is Marisa... ...and that they hate it when their hair pops out from under their wig.

the greenish eyebrows are strange, and the behavior is suspiciously Alice-like. But yeah, the golden eyes are a dead giveaway for Marisa.

alright. the green eyeliner (thank you for the correction) threw me off. i guess this artist likes green on marisa or it was meant to go with the background. the stars for the background do support marisa as well.

her eyebrows are just black brushstroke. I would say that's green eyeshadow.

It's none of those things. Those are the eyelashes, some artists like to color them.
