Thinking about it, you may be right. That may include Satori realizing that she can no longer talk to Koishi through their minds. But I guess that's better than not having Koishi back...

Yes, Koishi can eliminate her presence completely in canon. So she can suddenly pop out behind people like in this comic.

I spent almost a minute just staring at that third panel. It is incredibly powerful, Koishi's black face and wild hair contrasting with Satori's hesitance and shock. As if I couldn't love Karaagetarou more.
