I believe this is refering to a product called "Cup Nude". its something like an ona hole in the shape of ramen noodle cup container. Google image Cup Nude and you'll see what i mean.

There's also a chance this could be a very side-long reference to a manga series (that I forget right nwo) where the protagonist makes his own masturbator toy out of a real cup of noodles after he:
