Speech bubbles are a bit confusing, but it seems like Marisa asked Reimu to clear both their tabs.

I'm not sure how that would work unless Reimu actually has money in mitsumoto's Gensokyo, or maybe Marisa is leeching off the 'favor' Mystia owes Reimu for her help in getting close to Mokou.

Well maybe the festival was at her shrine? Or maybe she helped out at the festival enough? She probably got paid for either reason. 'She' being Reimu, of course.
