It's a gif. IN THE KITCHEN is the last frame of it, and FF being stupid doesn't restart gifs on reload, so that's what you get if you miss it the first time.

Are you using Firefox? One of the many ways in which it sucks is by starting GIFs as soon as they're loaded, even if they're in a background tab. If you open this page in a new tab and go through a few more images before bringing it to the front, the animation will have finished running and you'll be looking at the last frame.
