Who are the remaining two mechs, and the four characters on the left?

the gundam is the one from the first series, the rx-78-2 gundam, while the other one behind it is the zaku type mobile suit

It's not Rafael necessarily. In the first version, all turtles had red masks.

Also I am pretty sure the "Super Sentai" there are Ohranger.

Someone mistagged the Zaku in the pic, it's not a Hizack because it lacks both the backpack and the framing around the monoeye. The specific model is the Zaku II FZ Zaku Kai.
