Well it depends on which version of Hell. In the Buddhist version you get the sin burned/beaten/tortured out of you until you are are free of sin, then you are able to find peace. In the true last book of the Christian bible, the Apocalypse of Peter and not the Revelation of John, the damned do suffer horribly but eventually all of the souls gain heavenly paradise.
I'd suggest putting this in nightmare fuel if a whole lot of us didn't -want- Eiki to be on the other side, waiting for us. Cause god -damn-, that was chilling.
Wait wait, "Unexpectedly Evil"? What? She treats everyone in PoFV in this way. She reads them their sins or wrongdoings and starts beating the crap out of whoever faced her, in hopes that they'd change their ways. If you lose, she something rather like this and it's assumed the punishment keeps happening. Yes, if you beat her, she's nice (eg Reimu's ending), but that's only when you defeat her.
This isn't Unexpectedly Evil, this is unexpectedly canon!
I also don't think "Unexpectedly Evil" fit in this case.
Her warns are true, in a sense how can one expect a sinner to end up in heaven? Furthermore, she's as in canon, the one who shall be the judge of dead people in Gensokyo. Granted her warns are harsh and cold, but that definitely NOT evil but rather truth and justice.
This picture needs to be removed from the pool asap.

She going to rule the entire arena! Now Byakuren's wish won't come true if more violence & bad deeds keep coming. CM Judge? She pledges to them to have a good deeds or kick them to hell. And Komachi is Luke Gallows.
It's gotta be something to have to fight a Death God and the Judge of your Sins in a wrestling match. Then to tell the whole audience. "Oh, you think this is bad? Just wait until you die." Eiki has effectively turned that ring into Hell. I think I'd be a good person after this day.
Fortunately for all of us keeping up with this, Eiki's speech is just a setup by the author for Kaguya and Mokou to completely overturn, being immortal and thus (as previously stated in the comic itself) immune to Eiki's postmortem judgement. I mean, come on, if Yuuka can lose, anything is possible.
This pool is stupid. I wish the artist had some idea of where he wanted to take this. One minutes its a cute pool that's enjoyable to read, something you could check up on every week or so and get a few chuckles, or just oogle the overly cute underdressed touhou characters. Now I'm not sure if I'll check it and find out a character was crippled for life after she got broken in half or something equally as dumb. This could have been a nice pool to just follow, but of course there had to be a drama-bomb and ruin it.

Just you wait, it's all a ploy from Eiki's side to make kaguya and mokou fight together as a team instead of arguing. She's there to send people on the correct path, not to win.

Drama makes for good comics, if it's done right. This has the making of an epic showdown.

You'd think that even with a passing knowledge of Japanese story-telling, even going beyond anime, the tendency to go between light-hearted and dark moments within a story or to progress from light-hearted to grim is a pretty standard progression and I don't see, given the source material, how this series would be any different.
Its a comic not a pool and this is Touhou, getting into fights is a part of business.

That may be among her various goals, among others, being a true 'villain' team, bringing punishment upon those who play less than cleanly (Note that the HJ formed their villain image CLEANLY, no foul tricks). If this forces Kaguya and Mokou to become a truly 'heroic' team, then she'd be happy with that.
As it is, Kaguya's mainly using her Genre-savvy to do the motions of being a 'hero'.

Even if she does get back up, it would be a repeat of the Black Knight from Monty Pythons Holy grail. Far as Mokou is concerned, I think the whole point of Shiki going on about fake friendship is proven by the fact that Mokou just stood back and watched Kaguya get her arms snapped. Guiding them to do better? Not in this fight, IN team is done. Guidance in this case would be to cut the BS and go back to teaming up with Eirin/Keine.

I just said it's a possibility... and you forget what will power can do (see Moriya vs Flan/Meiling), where Sanae despite getting plowed a good few times by Flandre mustered up the will power to go back to the ring and cushion Flan's fall.
But it's not a likely thing I'll admit with the most likely scenario is that those two are examples.

Talking bout with the third panel? I didn't, but it damn sure fits! And as sinful as I can be at times, I would LOVE to be of service to the Yama. So being afraid of her (the inevitable) isn't on my list.
Seeing her fight with such a plain, or air of indifference, attitude, while beating down Kaguya is one of the sweetest feelings in the world, at this moment (makes me wonder how this fight would be if it were Mokou and Keine who came out as the victors).
Also, I can't help, but to hope (though I'm sure it's not going to happen) that Komachi does that Undertaker thing... that is, when she and Shiki finish destroying Kaguya and Mokou, they put them in coffins and roll them away from the ringside. And with that image and the song now playing in my head, I can now sleep in peace.
