On first look I thought Eiki made Kaguya's spine bend backwards :|

i completely agree. so far all the "life lessons" the characters have been having are pretty typical. It would be a nice change of pace where Mokou and Kaguya don't grow closer as friends but closer as enemies, like you said.
Only Mokou is allowed to make Kaguya feel pain and no one else.

That is typical shounen rivalry. Anyway this match goes it is probably going to be cliched as hell.
