Well since Since Touhou 5 it's more of a ofuda and gohei-in-the-buttocks rather than beat up, ZUN said that no matter the pre-battle dialogue, both girls will always be relaxed during the fight. It's more of a playful duty rather than say, street fighting.

Nope, she just went Nanoha on everyone, beating them senseless then dragging their butss for tea at her place
