This is not the first time I have seen such an image.

There are also two Kaguya (unless that's a doll Eirin's dragging), and two Marisa assuming that's her "fishing" on top of the SDM van. The eye colour is a bit off, but the hair and hat are right (except for being straw), and I don't know who else would try something like that...
