I like how the artist mixed windows touhou chars with PC-98 ones. I wish this kind of art could be more frequent.

Inactive ≠ fat, especially considering Patchy has an ability that allows her to survive without food or water (according to Perfect Memento, regarding the magician race). Most likely, she hardly ever eats at all. Patchouli would rather spend her time reading. That would explain her skinniness.
