If by "this" you mean the doujin, it's his C73 release and you can find it on nyaatorrents or rapidsearch. If you mean the pillow, I don't think it's for sale anywhere.

You can get this in Akihabra, or something just like it. Look on JList for "pillow".

I got my hands on the other pillowcase thats featured in t2's c73 bamboo blade doujin but I cant find this one.
