I do remember a manga with the Three Fairies having a plot about ghosts being a delightful source of air conditioning. But if Yuyu-sama is that hot it must be bad.

Oh and about Youmu being unaffected, I have my speculation it has to do with the Konpaku part of her name.

Though i find a hole in that theory since Yuyuko is full ghost. Youmu is probably too busy saving what little of Yuyuko's dignity to let the heat bother her.

I read that as her saying "hoot" instead of "hot" at first.
