Satori's eye is aiming towards koishi... but her eye is looking the other way reyecting.
They are both listening, no one is talking, like they are both waiting.

Maybe they're trying to hear each other's minds this way (even though they aren't talking through the cups), but you can see Koishi's end is a bit broken

Looking at how they're facing, you could say that Koishi's third eye looking (lol?) away means that she wants no one to read her heart, while Satori's continue to try.
