Considering Chen's cake has chocolate frosting and that theobromine (a chemical in chocolate) is actually toxic to cats due to the fact that they metabolize food slower, leading to theobromine poisoning, Yukari may actually be preventing Chen from accidentally poisoning herself. Stealing the cake like that is still kind of a dick move, though.
