This seems to preclude some... tragedy. I never found this particularly attractive, but the more I stare at it, the more I feel intrigued as to why someone would do this. I mean, I can understand that there comes a point where absolutely NOTHING can turn you on, but there should be some kind of limit... well, at least nobody REAL is going to be injured here. Still, such a shame.
Maybe the objective isn't sexual gratification. Maybe he's trying to torture some information out of her (that would explain the leash). Maybe he wants to scare her (he's certainly scaring me)
