The art seems fine to me(being used to this drawing style).

Someone really needs to buy a new pair of glasses... I don't see any problem here...

Reason: Poor quality....Okay this is not really proportional and it is flawed in one or two ways, but is that really the reason this is flagged for deletion? I've seen worse being approved so this flagged for deletion is just not right.

Isn't that why you're able to use bad_proportions tag or badly_drawn tag, right?

I have favorites that are drawn worse then this. I really don't get what the standard of quality to some people is.
